Can I use Aspire on mobile?
Use the dedicated Aspire Mobile experience with Turbo or access the free spreadsheet through Google Sheets on your phone.

Yes. There are two ways to use Aspire from a phone or tablet.
Aspire Mobile for Turbo customers
Aspire Mobile is the dedicated, phone-friendly companion included with an active Aspire Turbo subscription. Use it to check category balances, review your 100 most recent transactions, and add new transactions without navigating a spreadsheet on a small screen.
On a computer, open the spreadsheet you want to use, launch the Aspire sidebar, and choose Settings & Support → Aspire Mobile → Link this spreadsheet. Then sign in at app.aspirebudget.com with a Google account that can access that spreadsheet.
Aspire Mobile does not search your Google Drive. It uses only the spreadsheet you explicitly link from the sidebar.
Read the complete Aspire Mobile setup and usage guide, or add Aspire Mobile to your iPhone or Android Home Screen.
Google Sheets mobile access for everyone
The Google Sheets app (available for iOS and Android) gives you full access to your Aspire spreadsheet. You can:
- View your Dashboard and category balances
- Add transactions on the go
- Check account balances
- Do quick category transfers
The experience is functional but more compact than the desktop version. Tab navigation is at the bottom of the screen, and dropdowns work via tap.
Using a mobile browser
You can also open your Aspire spreadsheet in Chrome, Safari, or any mobile browser by going to sheets.google.com. The browser version looks closer to the desktop experience but may require more zooming and scrolling.
Tips for mobile use
- Choose the right shortcut. Turbo customers can install Aspire Mobile as a PWA. Everyone can bookmark the spreadsheet or use the Google Sheets app.
- Transactions are easiest on mobile. Logging a quick purchase takes just a few seconds — date, amount, account, category, done.
- Complex tasks are easier on desktop. Monthly budget setup, configuration changes, and report analysis are more comfortable on a larger screen.
- The Aspire add-on sidebar (for CSV Import, Auto-Categorize, reports) is only accessible on desktop through the Google Sheets sidebar. These features require a computer.
- Linking or changing the Aspire Mobile spreadsheet is done from the desktop sidebar.
