Install Aspire Mobile on iPhone or Android

Add the Aspire Mobile progressive web app to your iPhone, iPad, or Android Home Screen for one-tap access.

Aspire Mobile is a progressive web app (PWA). You open it from a browser and can add it to your Home Screen—there is nothing to download from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Installing it gives you an Aspire icon, one-tap access, and a standalone app window. Aspire Mobile still needs an internet connection to refresh your budget or save a transaction.

Before installing, make sure your Aspire spreadsheet is linked and you can sign in at app.aspirebudget.com. See Using Aspire Mobile if you have not completed setup.

Install on iPhone or iPad

Use Safari for the most reliable installation flow on iOS and iPadOS.

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Visit app.aspirebudget.com and sign in.
  3. Tap the Share button in Safari’s toolbar.
  4. Scroll through the actions and tap Add to Home Screen.
  5. Keep the name Aspire, or choose your preferred name.
  6. Tap Add.

The Aspire icon will appear on your Home Screen or in your App Library. Open that icon to launch Aspire Mobile in its standalone window.

If Add to Home Screen is missing on iPhone

  • Confirm that the page is open in Safari rather than an in-app browser.
  • Scroll farther down the Share sheet or choose Edit Actions to add the action.
  • Make sure Screen Time or device-management restrictions do not prevent web-app installation.
  • Update iOS or iPadOS if your device is running an older unsupported version.

Install on Android

These steps use Google Chrome. The wording can vary slightly by Android version and device manufacturer.

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Visit app.aspirebudget.com and sign in.
  3. Open Chrome’s three-dot menu.
  4. Tap Install app or Add to Home screen.
  5. Review the prompt and tap Install or Add.

The Aspire icon will appear on your Home Screen or in your app drawer. Open it to launch Aspire Mobile in a standalone window.

Chrome may also show an installation prompt in the address bar or on the page. Either installation route creates the same Aspire Mobile app.

If Install app is missing on Android

  • Confirm that you are using Chrome and are not in an in-app browser.
  • Reload the page and wait a moment before opening the menu again.
  • Look for Add to Home screen if Install app is not shown.
  • Confirm that Chrome and Android are up to date.
  • Check whether a work profile or device administrator prevents app installation.

Update Aspire Mobile

Aspire Mobile updates through the web. In most cases, close and reopen the app while online to receive the newest version. If something still looks out of date, fully close the app and open it again from the Home Screen.

Remove Aspire Mobile

iPhone or iPad

Touch and hold the Aspire icon, choose Remove App, then confirm removal. This removes the Home Screen app only; it does not delete your Aspire spreadsheet or Turbo subscription.

Android

Touch and hold the Aspire icon and choose Uninstall or drag it to the uninstall target. Depending on how your device installed the PWA, Remove may only remove the Home Screen shortcut.

Removing Aspire Mobile does not delete your spreadsheet, transactions, or Turbo subscription.
